Sport Taping Workshop

Southeast Connection Sport, Culture & Recreation District will be hosting a Sport Taping Workshop at the Milestone School on Monday, October 19 and Tuesday, October 20 from 5:30-9:00p.m.
This is a seven (7) hour practical course that teaches leaders situations that require taping, and teaches ankle taping and wrapping, as well as wrists, thumbs and fingers. The focus of the workshop is to give leaders knowledge and first-hand experience dealing with minor injuries to help keep athletes performing at their best.
Workshop Fee: $20
